    DIGITAL MARKETING ADMIN ASSISTANT
    PART-TIME

    ARTEZONA Gallery is seeking an energetic, reliable, and task-oriented person for the role of Digital Marketing Admin Assistant. The position is part-time and pays $18 an hour on a project to project basis. Duties are assigned by project and can be performed remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

     

    The ideal applicant is a caring, positive, customer service-minded person who owns a PC compatible laptop or desktop computer, is organized, efficient, and has experience in all facets of Digital Marketing. Must also have good listening skills along with a positive solution-oriented approach to situations as they arise. An interest in ART is preferable. A valid Government ID and reliable form of transportation are required.

     

    The ideal candidate will assist in achieving our primary operational goals which are to:

     

    1) promote our brand across all digital & social media platforms

    2) provide excellent service and maintain an updated website

    3) be responsive to our audience

     

    Requirements

    Applicant must be Proficient in:

    • Social Media practices for FB, IG & Twitter
    • Microsoft Office, mainly Word and Excel

    • Email communications and etiquette

    • Canva, or other graphic design / photo-editing software

    • Planoly, or similar social media planners

    • DropBox and file management

    • Calendly or similar scheduling software

    • Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, or similar email marketing applications

    Duties & Tasks

     

    Communications – frequent interaction with Artists and Art-buyers via phone calls, texts, and emails using friendly business etiquette. Attentive listening skills with a responsive solution-oriented approach. Proposing copy and visual content for social media posts and email marketing. Researching art news, trending topics, and art-related data.

     

    Organization – reviewing and organizing artists’ application materials, receipts, invoices, and other documents. into electronic folders. Tracking expenses and sales. Scheduling appointments & studio visits. Updating contact database.

     

    General Support –pick-up and delivery of materials, artwork, packages, and other errands as needed. Proactive involvement with ARTEZONA, such as networking support, suggestions for improvement, ideas for growth, and helpful feedback.
